AFOA appoints Rosenbauer UK as main sponsor for 2019 conference

The Airport Fire Officers Association (AFOA) is delighted to announce that Rosenbauer UK has agreed to become the main sponsor of AFOA’s Annual Conference 2019.

This is the second time that the company, which manufactures and supplies a range of firefighting equipment, PPE and vehicles, has taken on the main sponsorship for the AFOA Annual Conference, which will be held from 15-17 January 2019.

Chair Simon Petts and deputy chair John Purdy signed the agreement with the MD of Rosenbauer UK, Oliver North, on April 12, 2018, at the Newcastle Airport Training Academy.

Simon Petts commented: ‘We are thrilled by the support we are receiving from Rosenbauer UK and we are looking forward to working with Oliver and his team again. Their backing is very important for us in order to keep sharing essential information and best practice with our members and the wider community.’
