Fire & Operations Officer

We are seeking enthusiastic qualified fire fighters to carry out fire and rescue duties along with operation duties as directed by senior officers. The ideal applicant will essentially hold a CAA qualification or certificate from an approved in house maintenance of competence scheme with a god understanding of CAP699. You must be able to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative. Current medical fitness to CAA standard and Breathing Apparatus Wearer is required. A first Aid qualification and LGV license would be an advantage.

The role is 40 hours per week, and is an exciting opportunity for someone to develop within the section and work with a small friendly team.

Air Traffic Engineer

Salary up to £37K (based on qualifications and experience)

We are currently seeking a suitably qualified Air Traffic Engineer to maintain all ATC equipment ensuring it meets all statutory and regulatory requirements. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to develop within the section and work with a small friendly team in the Air Traffic Control Unit.

Air Traffic Control Officer

Salary up to £55K (based on qualifications & experience)

We are pleased to be expanding our team at Blackpool Airport and have a vacancy for a suitably qualified and experienced Air Traffic Controller. You will be responsible for expediting and maintaining an orderly and safe flow of traffic, preventing collisions between aircraft as well as between aircraft and vehicles on the manoeuvring area.

You must have the ability to work under pressure, on your own initiative within a small busy team.
