Vacancy: Firefighter at Blackpool Airport

Blackpool Airport is seeking enthusiastic qualified firefighters to carry out fire and rescue duties along with operational duties as directed by senior officers.

The ideal applicant will essentially hold a CAA qualification

or certificate from an approved in house maintenance of competence scheme with a good understanding of CAP699. You must be able to work as part of a team as well as your own initiative. Current medical fitness to CAA standard and Breathing Apparatus Wearer is required. A first aid certificate and LGV Licence would be an advantage.

This role is an exciting opportunity for someone to develop within the section and work with a small friendly team.
